Shipping Details + Returns

Handling time for your orders will be one business day. (Unless otherwise noted)

This does NOT include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item.  This is the number of business days it will take to ship the item.

"Business" days are normal weekdays.  Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as business days, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

***Several times per year, the handling time will be increased due to vacation, and the business being closed.  This will be noted on the website***

Your order will be shipped out via USPS using Ground Advantage shipping.  Tracking is included.  USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver to your address (depending on your location) after the package has been received by USPS.

Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing.

***If your order tracking number shows "Delivered", and you did not receive the package, you will have to contact your local carrier to see if they placed the package in the wrong mailbox.  Also check with your neighbors.  If the tracking shows "Delivered", it means your local carrier physically scanned the package***  

Shipping cost is a flat $4.25 fee for the contents of your order.  Please make sure you add all the items you are interested in to your cart before you pay.  Making a separate order will charge another shipping fee.

For single orders totaling over $21 (Not including shipping cost), shipping is free for you.

Shipping is to the lower 48 states only.  

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below.  

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund (minus any shipping charges) will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Please note orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been sent to packing.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to us unless there was an error on our part.  Please send your return to Bloody Wheels PO Box 608, Athens WV 24712.  Be sure to include your original order number.

• Returns must be in new condition.

• Returned/Unclaimed/ Orders: For any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned packages that are sent back to us, you will be given a refund (minus shipping charges, even if your order was free shipping). USPS does not refund shipping.
   
• Lost Packages:  A very small percentage of packages go missing or extremely delayed by USPS.  In the event that you do not receive your package after 30 days, your purchase will be refunded.
