How do I track my order?

My Tracking number shows my package was delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do?

Contact your local mail carrier. If the package shows delivered, it means your local carrier physically scanned the package. Check with the carrier to see if they may have placed the package in the wrong mailbox. Also, check with your neighbors.

I do not see products in your store for a firearm that I have. Can you make me a sleeve or loader?

If you do not see products available for your firearm, it is not something that can be offered or designed. The reason is, to offer products, the firearm and mags I have to own or have access to for design work, and I have to have weeks/months of design time. The products offered, are currently the only products that I can offer.

Do you do custom orders or design work?

Custom orders or design work are not offered.

What happened to the color options?

Most colors have been halted and/or discontinued due to supply issues and lack of sales interest. We will revisit the colors soon to see which ones will be kept.

Do you sell magazines?

No. We do not sell any magazines. ***Except for rare situations that we find some***

Where can I purchase magazines?

Many online retailers sell magazines. Using your preferred search engine, search the type of magazine you are looking for.

Do you ship to my state/country?

Shipping is to the US lower 48 states only. No International shipping. See the Shipping Details tab above for more shipping information.

There is no phone services for contact. Contact is strictly email based.
